Dr. Hyslop-Margison will be giving a seminar entitled "Opening
Democratic Pathways for People with Learning Disabilities". Dr.
Hyslop-Margison is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of
Education at the University of New Brunswick.聽 He is past
Canada Research Chair in Democratic Learning and Director of the
Institute for Democratic Learning at Concordia University.
The seminar will be followed by a celebration of the strengths in
our disability community with a live music performance, short
presentations, showcase of artwork, and a wine and cheese
reception. We invite everyone to attend this important event.
