Emily Toms, MLIS'07, was awarded the Albert Tabah Prize for Highest Standing throughout the MLIS program. Stephanie Simard, MLIS'07, received the Dr. Herbert Stanley Birkett Award for highest standing in GLIS 671, Health Sciences Information, in 2006-2007. Shazia Ahmad, MLIS'08, received the Margaret Downey Prize for exceptional academic merit in MLIS I. Benjamin Abrahamse, MLIS'08, was awarded the Virginia Murray Prize for Cataloguing for highest standing in GLIS 607, Organization of Information, in 2006-2007.
