Staff development program for administrative and support staff
UU直播's Human Resources department offers an array of staff development courses that are open to administrative support staff, including trades and services personnel. Topics include leadership, management and communication, and career development training. Several new courses, including French Conversation at Work, Time Management, Dealing with Difficult Behaviours, and Interacting with a Purpose have been added to the fall calendar. In addition, information sessions related to staff relations are currently being developed.
