We may not yet have answers to all of them,听but please know that we are working as fast as possible to address them all. For those of you unable to attend, we have recorded the session and it is .听鈥�

- For questions about S/U or other special academic measures for the Winter Term 2020, please consult UU直播鈥檚 . Note that each Faculty has discretion to exempt certain courses from the S/U option. SCS will make the S/U option available for as many courses as possible. The SCS policy will shortly be posted to the鈥�SCS Student Resources Page.听鈥�

- During the period of April 4 to May 1,鈥�2020 please note the following change in hours of operations:听
- Monday 鈥� Thursday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.听

Many of you had questions about鈥痜inal exams.鈥疨lease note:听
- Most of our instructors have adapted their course outlines to avoid鈥痶imed exams of three hours in a specific time slot. However, this is not always possible.听
- In the event that a timed exam is unavoidable, you will need to take the exam in a single sitting.鈥痀ou will NOT be able to interrupt the exam once you have started it.鈥�
- In some cases, some level of flexibility will be available to accommodate students in different time zones or with personal obligations. This can include:听
- Ability to start the exam at any time within a given period;听
- Ability to select a time slot among two or more scheduling options.听
- To prevent conflicts, these options will include the鈥�time slot during which the exam was originally scheduled.听
- Exam scheduling details for each course will be announced by your instructor in鈥痬yCourses or via email.听
- Note that some instructors have chosen to cancel the final exam and replace it with another assignment. In addition, some exams may have been shortened to two hours.听
For those of you planning to graduate this year, please know that your academic record will still reflect your graduation, even if we cannot have an in-person convocation ceremony this summer. We are doing our best to identify suitable alternatives and will keep you posted.听
