Dr. Nad猫ge Firsova is the Director of the Administration and Governance (A&G) academic domain and a faculty member at the UU直播 School of Continuing Studies. Dr. Firsova鈥檚 primary responsibilities include the curriculum development and delivery of programs in the A&G domain fostering the development of broad competencies related to planning, analyzing, and controlling the execution of private- and public-sector strategies. The domain's program portfolio includes human resources management (HRM), accounting, finance, and public administration, as well as specific applications of these competencies to fields such as health and social services management, parliamentary governance, and property management.

Previously, Dr. Firsova held several senior strategy roles at Bombardier Aerospace, where she facilitated the development of the company鈥檚 international business development strategies and was involved in negotiations with major players in the aerospace industry, as well as the Canadian government.

Nad猫ge holds a Doctoral degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Quebec and a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in International Commerce and Business from Sorbonne University in Paris, France.

Nad猫ge is a Member of the Board of the Montreal Chapter of CERBA - Canada Eurasia Business Association and a Member of G20-B20 Taskforce on Employment and Education.
