Pierre Forest has over 30 years of experience in business operations and human resources. He is passionate about helping young professionals bridge theory with practice.
He is a Certified Human Resources Consultant in the Quebec Order of Human Resources, as well as a World at Work (formerly the American Compensation Association) Certified Compensation Professional. He is also a member of a number of Pension Committees, where he serves as an independent consultant.
Pierre has experienced all HR functions, from a consultant to small businesses, to a director of big businesses, and as a subject matter expert in the board room. He specializes in performance management and compensation, and currently provides HR merger-and-acquisition expertise for a major wholesaler.
