Reforming Systems for Better Globl Health & Nutrition
Dr. Lynnette M. Neufeld strives to mobilize intellectual resources to improve the health and nutrition of populations, using strategic research to inform better program design and implementation. Dr. Neufeld is actively involved in the global nutrition community, serving on several boards and technical advisory groups and is President Elect of the International Union of Nutritional Sciences. She is currently part of Senior Management at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN).
Dr. Enis Bar谋s is a medical doctor with graduate degrees in Public Health (M.Sc.) and Epidemiology (Ph.D.) and a wide range of experience as director, manager and technical expert in development and research in Europe, East Asia, Middle East and North Africa, Sub Saharan Africa and Latin America. At present, Dr. Bar谋s is Advisor, Health Policy and Systems, at the World Bank Group Health, Nutrition and Population Global Practice. More recently he served as Practice Manager for Health, Nutrition and Population of East Asia and the Pacific and Europe and Central Asia regions of the World Bank.
