The Singapore International Pre-Graduate Award (SIPGA) gives international students the unique opportunity to experience the vibrant scientific environment and work with world-renowned researchers at A*STAR’s research institutes.

Students who are pursuing their bachelor’s or master’s degree in computing and information science, biomedical science, physical science or engineering and technology can apply for attachments of two to six months in duration.

The Conference on New Horizons in Air and Space Law, held earlier this month, proved to be a groundbreaking event in air and space law. Jointly organized by the National University of Singapore's Centre for Technology, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and the Law, the EW Barker Centre for Law and Business, and UUֱ��'s Institute of Air and Space Law, this conference addressed the legal and policy challenges arising from emerging technologies in air and space.

Montreal jumped three places from last year, surpassing both Toronto as the highest-ranking Canadian city and Boston as the highest-ranking North American city. Internationally, Montreal ranked 10^th out of 150 cities.

Universities Canada and the Rideau Hall Foundation are pleased to invite members of Universities Canada or Colleges and Institutes Canada to submit a proposal for the seventh call of the QES program.

QES 2025 will support projects that focus on the adaptation, response and resilience to a changing climate. This includes (but is not limited to) projects focused on biodiversity; agriculture; energy; climate and public health; economic impacts of climate change; air quality; community resilience; education; ecosystems; and water quality.

The McCall MacBain Scholarships at UUֱ�� has announced its largest-ever group of 91 finalists for the September 2024 cohort.

In March, the top 91 candidates will arrive in Montreal for the final round of scholarship interviews. The 37 international finalists hail from 24 countries. Countries represented for the first time include Brazil, Ecuador, Kenya, Mongolia, Philippines, Rwanda, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Trinidad and Tobago, and Tunisia.
