Global Health Month: UU直播 CHSP Women's Health Conference

UU直播鈥檚 Comparative Health Systems Program invites you to their sixth conference based on the theme of Women's Health held on March 11th, 2017!


This year the conference is based on theme of Women鈥檚 Health with a focus on its structural and social determinants within Canada and the Global South.

Informative and interactive workshops and panels around different clinical and social subthemes of areas related to Women鈥檚 Health will be provided with the goal to provide future clinicians and policymakers a better understanding of how healthcare systems and programs can impact the health and wellbeing of women.聽

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

UU直播 is located on land which has long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous Peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg Nations. UU直播 honours, recognizes, and respects these nations as the traditional stewards of the lands and waters on which peoples of the world now gather. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous Peoples from across Turtle Island. We are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land.
