A day for new Mac grad students to learn, connect, have food and fun!聽
We are pleased to share that MCGSS and Mac OGS are working towards certifying the Macdonald Graduate Orientation as a sustainable event. Please bring your own cup/mug/water bottle to our events.

Graduate Studies & MCGSS Welcome Meet our faculty鈥檚 dean and graduate staff, who will welcome you and talk about where to find guidance and support on your road to success as a graduate student at UU直播 (for thesis and non-thesis programs). Meet your Mac Campus Graduate Student Society executives, who will tell you about what they do聽and how you can get involved too! |

Macdonald Campus Services Fair Meet staff and students from many areas of UU直播 and learn about the important resources available to you. Over 30 UU直播 services and student groups will be represented!聽Refreshments will be served and water bottle filling stations will be available鈥攑lease bring your own cup/bottle. |

Wellness Hub Info Session A talk given by our local wellness advisors聽with good advice and information on the mental wellness resources available to you as you begin your studies at UU直播's Macdonald Campus. |

MCGSS Lunch and Scavenger Hunt/Campus Tour Your graduate student society, MCGSS, is pleased to offer new grad students a delicious catered lunch from Premi猫re Moisson! While you are munching, team up with other students to explore our beautiful campus on a scavenger hunt. Prizes and glory for the winners!聽聽 |

Lunch and Scavenger Hunt Lunch tickets, distributed at the orientation morning check-in table, are required in order to collect your lunch. Please bring your own reusable cup, cutlery, etc.聽The goal is for this event to be held as sustainably as possible. |

MCGSS Afternoon Activities Time to socialize and get to know your new campus! Afternoon will start off from the CC, and end at the Macdonald Stewart Faculty Lounge. |

Mac Market Visit and Games Haven't you聽always wanted to be in a potato sack race? Well, now鈥檚 your chance! Come participate in a variety of fun outdoor games鈥攚ith a free Mac Market basket of freshly harvested produce for the winning team! |

Trip to the Ecomuseum Zoo Transportation by bus from Mac Campus to the Ecomuseum, where you will see otters (!!!),聽among other equally interesting local North American wildlife. |

Trivia and Refreshments Wind down the day, relax, and play some trivia in the Macdonald-Stewart Faculty Lounge. Refreshments will be served. Bring your own cup/mug/bottle! |
