If you are a graduate student or postdoc looking to transfer your skills to a career outside of academia, join this interactive workshop to practice communicating your value as a skilled professional.

Working together through interactive scenarios, we will :

• Identify common transferrable skills developed through academic training (e.g., communication skills, project management skills, problem-solving skills)
• Practice writing impactful resume bullet points that translate academic outputs and experiences into skills you can use in a range of careers
• Practice mapping out compelling answers to skills-focused interview questions
