During your exchange

While you鈥檙e busy exploring and learning abroad, here are a few things that will help you ensure a smooth transition back to UU直播:

Keep all course materials

Graded exams, essays, evaluation rubrics, syllabi, and reading lists may be needed by your UU直播 Faculty Advisor聽to approve your courses for transfer credit.

Regularly check your UU直播 email

That鈥檚 how we stay in touch! Keep an eye out for important notices and information about UU直播 course registration, fees, graduation, and more. In case of an emergency, UU直播 will contact you via your UU直播 email so be sure to check it regularly.聽

Register for UU直播 courses for the upcoming term (if applicable)

If you expect to return to UU直播 after your exchange program, be sure to register for your UU直播 courses by applicable deadlines to avoid late registration fees.

Apply to graduate (if applicable)

If you are a graduating student, you might have to apply for graduation on Minerva while on exchange. Failure to do so may jeopardize or postpone your graduation!

Arrange to have your transcript sent to UU直播

Your transcript is an essential part of the credit transfer process and it is your responsibility to ensure that there are no holds on your records at the host university so that your transcript may be released to UU直播.

Transcripts from host universities (in paper or electronic format) become the property of UU直播 and will not be returned to you or forwarded to another institution. If you want a copy for your own records, make sure to request it before leaving.
