Join us for an interdisciplinary celebration of materials research at UU直播 and beyond. With 14 distinguished speakers, including Professor Antonio Facchetti (Georgia Tech), this event offers insights into the multifaceted realm of materials research, spanning topics such as biomedical detection, advanced microscopy, and characterization techniques.聽
You鈥檒l also discover the innovative capabilities of UU直播's facilities and the cutting-edge techniques driving progress in the field.聽
A poster session will be held for the final hour of the event. We invite attendees to prepare research posters, offering an excellent platform for sharing research findings, exchanging techniques, and exploring potential collaborations.
Antonio Facchetti, Georgia Tech
Antonio Facchetti is a Hightower Chair in MSE at the Georgia Institute of Technology, co-founder and the Chief Technology Officer of Flexterra Corporation, an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University, and a Guest Professor at Linkoping University. He has published more than 560 research articles, 15 book chapters, and holds more than 120 patents. He received the ACS Award for Creative Invention, the Giulio Natta Gold Medal of the Italian Chemical Society, the team IDTechEx Printed Electronics Europe Award, the corporate Flextech Award.
