听(MMus'08, DMus'13) has been appointed Interim Artistic Director of the听Ottawa听Chamberfest!听
听
Currently a member of the National Arts Centre Orchestra,听and听the Ironwood Quartet,听she also听serves as co-Artistic Director of both the Ritornello and Classical Unbound听chamber music festivals.听Carissa听performs on a听Vuillaume听violin on loan from the Canada听Council Musical Instrument听bank听and officially started听her new role at听the Ottawa听Chamberfest听on听August 17, 2020.听

When speaking on听her听new appointment听Carissa听said:听

Ottawa听Chamberfest听presents chamber music in an annual summer festival, a concert series, and community engagement and arts education activities.听
