Please be advised that UU直播 has mandated Atwill-Morin Ma莽onnerie to carry out the following project:聽22-033 Lyman Duff New Wing (B169) 鈥� Priority building envelope repairs
顿别蝉肠谤颈辫迟颈辞苍:听Repair/replacement of damaged bricks & wall at the back of the building, adjacent to tunnel between MNI and Duff, up to the delivery dock of the Lyman Duff Building.
Construction start date:聽September 3rd, 2024
Planned construction end date:聽November 30th, 2024
Work schedule:聽Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Some work may be executed outside of these hours (i.e. over the weekend), especially work related to the dock area, so as to limit impact on building activities.

Scope of work:
The project includes exterior work only and is in a limited-access area at the back of the Lyman Duff Building. It includes:
- Removal and replacement of existing bricks and cement coating.
- Some repairs on the loading dock: new ceiling, painting of metal and floor, new lighting fixtures.
- Repair of some broken window glass on this section of the fa莽ade.
Impact & mitigation:
Access:
- The loading dock will not be accessible during the work as the scaffolding will reduce the available width in the alley.
- A free access corridor will be provided to allow protected space for pedestrian circulation alongside the buildings on the other side of the alley and to provide safe access to the emergency doors.
Noise:
- Noisier work (e.g., installation/removal of the scaffolding, demolition) will be coordinated and scheduled so as to minimize disruptions to building occupants.
