Stay active by signing up for aquatics, dance, fitness, martial arts or sports lessons or try out the all-new Introduction to Recreation and Wellness class. Intramural sports鈥攕uch as basketball, ultimate frisbee, volleyball, soccer or pickleball鈥攁re also a fun way to keep moving! Options vary by campus.

For those who enjoy connecting with nature, come explore the Gault Nature Reserve with UU直播 Recreation in Mont-Saint-Hilaire for self-guided nature walks and apple picking at a nearby apple orchard. Open to all!
