September 19, 2019, Ottawa, ON鈥擳he Canadian Psychiatric Association (CPA) is pleased to announce the inauguration of its new president, Dr. Georgina Zahirney, at its annual conference, last week in Quebec City.

Dr. Georgina Zahirney is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry at UU直播. She holds clinical appointments in the Department of Psychiatry at the UU直播 Health Centre (MUHC) and the Department of Psychiatry at the Integrated Health and Social Services Centre of Abitibi-T茅miscamingue, Val-d鈥橭r site. The main focus of her clinical practice is the care of adults in shared care and outpatient crisis services.
