Manager

The Manager role in Workday is assigned toÌýanyone who has employees who report to them. Workday Training has been designed to meet your specific needs as aÌýManager.Ìý

Below is a curriculum ofÌýmandatory training sessionsÌýfor Managers, to enable them to do common Workday actions such as, signingÌýjob offer letters,ÌýapprovingÌýtime off requests, andÌýapproving hours workedÌý(if their employees enter time).ÌýOptional training sessionsÌýare also available to Managers who would like to use the full spectrum of their allowed Workday actions, such asÌýinitiatingÌýpersonnel management processes for the employees reporting to them, such as job or compensation changes,Ìýrecruitment, andÌýcosting allocation.
