The official representative of MMGESA, the President is responsible for all official correspondence with external entities. Additionally, the President produces and maintains all records or procedures and documentation relating to the Association鈥檚 activities. |

The VP Finance ensures all financial transactions respect the Association鈥檚 approved budget, maintains financial records for auditing purposes and prepares the final annual financial statement. |

The VP Activities plans and executes social events and activities for the Association鈥檚 membership, ensuring they follow all applicable rules and laws. The PGSS Councilors attend the Post-Graduate Student鈥檚 Society of UU直播鈥檚 council meetings, on which the Association鈥檚 members have the right to representation. The PGSS Councilors receive periodic reports from MMGESA council members to guide their vote at council meetings, and will in turn provide periodic reports on the council鈥檚 activities and decisions. |

The AGSEM Delegate receives periodic reports from MMGESA council members to guide their vote at delegate meetings, and will in turn provide periodic reports on AGSEM鈥檚 activities and decisions. |

The GEEC EDI Liaison attends the meetings of the Graduate Engineering Equity Committee and reports back to the MMGESA. They implement best EDI practices in the events of the student association and help those who experience discrimination in the department in finding the right resources for professional support or to file official complaints. |
