Required Courses
Candidates must successfully complete two 3-credit graduate courses at the 600 level or above; one of these courses should be in the candidate's area of specialization. If the candidate completed two or more courses at the 600 level as part of the UU直播 Physics M.Sc. program, then one of these courses may be used as a substitute for one of the required courses. In all cases, candidates must also pass the Ph.D. preliminary examination (PHYS 700).
