How to Register and Book?

  1. Sign up on - whether you already have an Airbnb account or are signing up for the first time, you will need to link your mcgill.ca email address to your Airbnb account
  2. When you receive the Airbnb verification email be sure to verify your work email (mcgill.ca) by clicking the “Verify Business Email” line
  3. Log in and book at
  4. Mark your trip as “Business Travel” on the payment page under “Step 1- About Your Trip” when asked about the main purpose of your trip

Payment for Airbnbbookings must be made with a personal credit card and reimbursed by expense report.

Registration Form for Faculty/Staff Traveling on University Business

All University business travel must be registered through this form to ensure coverage for any unforeseen medical emergencies while traveling outside your province of residence.

You must log in with your UUֱ credentials (email and password) to access this form.
