Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (GPS) provides you with the tools and information necessary to help you succeed. GPS oversees aspects of the graduate student experience, including (but not limited to): funding opportunities, thesis guidelines, and thesis supervision. Below are some of GPS's key programs and services:

³¾²â±Ê²¹³Ù³óÌý

’s mission is to help graduate students and postdocs pursue their goals using an Individual Development Plan (IDP). An IDP is a personal document used to plot academic, personal, and career goals. PhD students admitted are required to report on whether they have completed an IDP. myPath offers a variety of tools, resources, and events to help students create individual plans that are tailored for their own needs. 

³¾²â±Ê°ù´Ç²µ°ù±ð²õ²õÌý

myProgress is an online platform that allows the students and the department to monitor completion of major milestones towards degree completion, including the Progress Tracking Form and the Letter of Understanding. Both Master's or PhD students have access to myProgress. 

³¾²â°Õ³ó±ð²õ¾±²õÌý

myThesis is a thesis examination management system which is part of the myProgress hub. Graduate students (in a thesis-based program) are required to use myThesis 1) to notify their supervisors in advance of their intent to submit their thesis, 2) to nominate thesis examiners, and 3) for their initial thesis submission.
