Target Audience:听This workshop is intended for Legal Services, who will use the UU直播 Content Management System, Documentum D2, to create, store and update legal files, and as a document repository and collaboration tool.
Prerequisites:听CMS 505 (currently restricted to UU直播 Legal Services staff)
Duration:听1.5 hours

Course material:听The course material is restricted to Legal Services staff and will be distributed at the training session. Printed exercises will also be distributed at the course.

This hands-on workshop provides the main features of UU直播鈥檚 Content Management System, Documentum D2 tailored for UU直播鈥檚 Legal Case Management. The following features are covered:

• Legal Services roles
• Legal Workspaces and widgets
• Create a legal case file
• Update a legal case file
• Create a folder in a legal case file
• Attach documents to a legal case file
