Staff parking permits
Authorized Macdonald Campus Employees members can pay for parking at the annual or bi-annual rate. Annual permits are issued for the year (September 1st to August 31st) and are renewed annually. Applicants must complete and return the signed employee application form to the parking office by email or in person. Payment for permits are as followed; Cash, Debit and Credit options are available at the parking office. For employees wishing to pay by automatic deductions from their pay, please complete the payroll deduction form prior to coming in to the office to pick up your permit. Deductions will occur bi-annually, once in the Fall semester and once in the winter semester.听
Annual permits can be refunded if the permit holder is no longer at the University.听Cancelled or suspended permits must be returned to the parking office. Parking cannot be cancelled or suspended retro-actively.
Documents required to obtain a parking permit are; UU直播 ID card, vehicle registration from the SAAQ (or equivalent in other province/country) and the completed application form. They must be presented to the parking office at the time of sale. If paying with payroll deduction, validation of form completion will completed at the time of sale. Temporary parking permits for permanent and casual employees
Authorized permanent and casual staff members may purchase temporary parking permits issued on a daily or monthly basis at the current going rate.
- Daily permits must be purchased from the pay and display machine in the Horticulture Parking lot. Please note the vehicle must remain in this parking lot.
- Monthly permits are sold by calendar month and a maximum of 3 months can be purchased at one time.
- Temporary monthly permits cannot be post-dated or issued prior to the date of commencement. They can be paid for by cash, debit or credit card.
